For 1536 Red Rock Court in Vienna, that challenge was turning a well-loved family home – originally built with for Zana’s parents and her family – into a modern, market-ready showpiece that could connect with today’s homebuyers. Our mission was to honor its history while unlocking its next chapter.

         Set in the sought-after Cinnamon Creek neighborhood near Wolf Trap, this charming ranch-style home had deep family roots. After years as a rental, Zana and her husband, John, decided it was time to restore it for the next generation. Here’s how we helped bring their vision and the sale to life:
