His intuitive understanding of how to inﬂuence and move an audience make him a poised and conﬁdent advocate—ensuring that his clients’ voices are heard.
James leverages an in depth knowledge of real estate and strong analytical reasoning skills and combines them with balanced judgment and a keen insight into his clients and their goals. He has a reputation for being calm under pressure while seamlessly navigating complex and high-stress situations.
Having graduated from George Mason University with a B.A. in Economics, before moving into the District in 1999, James is the consummate Washingtonian. His credentials also include stints on Capitol Hill, owning and restoring a classic Victorian rowhouse in Columbia Heights.
His love of Washington, DC stems from his appreciation of the cultural diversity of its residents, the stunning architecture, and the city’s European livability.
