About Jules Ferrer
Growing up in Miami and traveling overseas often to her parent’s home country of Colombia, Jules knew she wanted to explore more of the world. She enlisted in the military. Upon arriving in Washington DC as a soldier in the US Army, Jules immediately fell in love with the city she now calls home. She was drawn to its rich history, architecture and the diversity of its people.
During her time in the military, she was stationed in South Korea and the Pentagon. As a veteran, Jules enjoys working with other service members and can fully understand their unique needs. After completing her military service, she worked for several government agencies and contractors. Her passion for real estate, design, and building relationships led her to pursue a career in real estate and she has never looked back.
When Jules is not helping a client, she enjoys staying active and exploring the cities many museums, parks, hiking trails and restaurants with her son. She enjoys going back home to Miami and Colombia and spending time at the beach with friends and family. She volunteers at her church and her sons’ school, Two Rivers PCS. Jules holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and has real estate licenses in DC, Maryland, and Florida. Jules is fluent in Spanish and is a member of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP).
