KJ Hamos
Operations Specialist
KJ Hamos is the Operations Specialist with Capital Estate Group at Compass.
With a background in operations, arts management, and community engagement, KJ brings a strategic and detail-oriented approach to supporting real estate transactions and client relations. She holds a Master’s in Arts Management from Carnegie Mellon University and has extensive experience in donor stewardship, event planning, and program management at organizations such as TheatreWashington, Forum, Avant Bard, and goARTful.
Before joining Capital Estate Group, KJ served as the Yoga Program Manager for Movement Crystal City and Rockville, where she led program development, team management, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. As an E-RYT 200 and RYT 500-certified instructor, with advanced training in trauma-informed movement and mindfulness, she has built a career rooted in creating welcoming, organized, and inclusive spaces.
KJ's ability to streamline processes, foster strong relationships, and manage complex logistics makes her an integral part of the Capital Estate Group team. Her diverse experience allows her to bring a client-centered, solutions-driven mindset to real estate operations, ensuring seamless transactions and exceptional service.
