- Market Agility: The home drew considerable interest, even in the slower, government-paused Fall market. Homebuyers who needed a spacious layout recognized the quality of the renovation. Consistent follow-up and targeted re-marketing kept momentum strong.
- Negotiation with Intention: When a relocating family from abroad fell in love with the home, we guided every step, including inspection negotiations, to ensure a seamless process.
