- Strategic Renovation: We worked with Zana and John to reimagine the kitchen as an airy, open-concept floor plan; refinished floors; refreshed paint inside and out; upgraded lighting and electrical; and transformed curb appeal with new landscaping, concrete work, and style-forward staging.
- CEG and Compass Tools in Action: We launched first on the Private Market to gather feedback; next, in Compass “Coming Soon” to build anticipation through digital ads, and leveraged our homebuyer audience and Top Agent Network to connect with high-intent buyers fast.
- Market Agility: The home drew considerable interest, even in the slower, government-paused Fall market. Homebuyers who needed a spacious layout recognized the quality of the renovation. Consistent follow-up and targeted re-marketing kept momentum strong.
- Negotiation with Intention: When a relocating family from abroad fell in love with the home, we guided every step, including inspection negotiations, to ensure a seamless process.
